What started as a journey with his family to figure out how to make the best breakfast sandwich has evolved into a locally-run small business that ships handmade small-batch English muffins as far away as Hawaii and Portugal.

Original Pattern Brewing Co. is an award-winning, employee-owned brewery and tasting room proudly located in Oakland, California producing anywhere from 8,500-10,000 barrels in our humble system comprised of six eighty-barrel and six sixty-barrel tanks. With one of the largest NZ hop contracts on the west coast we frequently showcase a range of unique and hard to get New Zealand hops. We love all styles of beer and always offer a diverse selection of package and draft beer.

Reservations + Rentals
Reservations (Parties of 6-20)
We accept large group reservations on a limited basis for parties of 6-20 people.
Set-up options include combined tables, the Grand Table, and our Mezzanine (upstairs). Reservations are capped at 2 hours to ensure our other guests have an opportunity to experience the tasting room.
Rentals (Parties of 20-60)
For parties larger than 20 guests we have many customizable rental options. Please complete the form below to let us know a little more about your event and how we can help accommodate. We will be in touch within 48 hours.
Must be booked a minimum of 7 days before the date of your planned visit
Reservations & Rentals are available up to 2 months in advance
Reservations are not considered booked until Original Pattern Brewing Co. confirms via e-mail
We will hold your table(s) for 15 minutes past your reservation time; after 15 minutes we will open the table(s) to walk-ins
